At Micro Scooters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your scooter or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Ensure the scooter is disassembled if necessary and placed back in its original packaging with all manuals and tools included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
